• Normal advertising rates are posted on the second page of every newsletter and on the KAHSA Website.
• Advertising for non-profits: Non-profit educational organizations¸ as defined by a single 501(c)(3) tax number, 
  receive one free quarter-page ad per newsletter. Should more space be needed by the organization,
  they will be charged a discounted rate determined by subtracting the cost of a one quarter-page ad from
  the cost of the size advertisement requested. The first time an organization submits an ad to the newsletter,
  the non-profit tax ID must be provided.
• All advertisements and articles in the newsletter must be submitted or referred by a current member of KAHSA.
  Normally the business is either owned by a KAHSA member or a       KAHSA member works for the business.
  When this is not the case, a member’s name must be included in the ad with the phrase ‘Referred by’.
• All articles containing news about past events or promoting a future event will be formatted at the discretion of
  the editor. If a specific formatting is required by the submitter it will be dealt with as an advertisement and billed
  as demanded by the space used.
