Junior High Girls’ Volleyball Sign Up
Sign up for the 2009 season of Junior High Girls’ Volleyball is continuing. The season begins Sept. 21 and practices will begin in August. If you have a daughter in 6
th, 7
th, or 8

K.H.S.S. Girls 6th-8th Grade Basketball Signup and Coach Needed
Signup for the Girls 6th-8th Grade Kalamazoo Home School Sports Basketball Team is open. A more pressing issue is the need of a coach. There will be no team unless a coach can be found soon. Items like gym scheduling for practices and game scheduling need attention now. Practices would begin sometime in December/January with games starting in February. The team would play in the Small School League which consists of smaller private schools like Gagie and St.Augustine. Girls High School Basketball
Any 9-12th grade girl interested in playing basketball should sign up by contacting Peter or Judy Garrison (pjgarrison@netzero.com) or ph. #269-655-9382. Practice begins in early November and new players are welcome! There are open gyms scheduled from 6:30-8:00pm on Oct. 9, Oct. 19 & Oct. 26, at Calvary Bible Church/Drake Rd.
K.H.S.S. Cougars Boys’ 7th and 8th Grade Basketball Late Registration
Registration is almost over for the Kalamazoo Home School Sports Boys’ 7th and 8th Grade Basketball Teams. Practices are starting in early October, so sign up soon, if you are interested. K.H.S.S. Cougars Boys’ 5th/6th Grade Basketball
Sign up is open for the Kalamazoo Home School Sports Boys’ 5th/6th Grade Basketball Program (ages 10-12). Both players and coaches are need for the league. The $60/player fee will not be collected until the parent/player meeting (and first practice) at 6PM on Friday, 12/11/09. All practices (Dec) and games (Jan, Feb, Mar) will be played at South Middle School Gym at 6PM on Fridays through 3/12/10. Note that no games will be played on holiday weeks. Also, please consider coaching. Commitments to coach are needed by 11/16/09 so we have time to plan the program. We hope to build on the great success we had last year with 32 players and 4 teams!
