Meter Matters

Each year the Kalamazoo Symphony Orchestra offers a wonderful *free* event to all children in grades K - 6.  A Student/Teacher music packet is provided to each school that teaches the music theory which will presented at the concert.  KAHSA received a few of these packets which will be loaned out through the KAHSA Resource Library. Send an email to library@kahsaconnection.com to obtain the packets. 

The annual Kalamazoo Symphony Orchestra Youth Concert is scheduled for Friday, March 4 at 11:15 a.m. at Chenery Auditorium on Westnedge Avenue. This is a free concert for students in grades K - 6.  There will be a set number of seats to be filled on a first come basis so mark your calendar.   *Remember that this is an auditory experience for children in grades K - 6 along their teacher(parent).  We have been asked to refrain from including infants, toddlers and preschoolers.
